At Dolma, I led the firm’s impact initiatives by measuring and analyzing both quantitative outcomes and stories. In a context like Nepal, I learned that numbers alone cannot capture the full picture of impact, and real change is reflected in the lived experiences of people and communities. Through this work, I witnessed firsthand how the investments we financed translated into tangible social and environmental benefits. My time at Dolma reinforced the belief that profit and purpose can go hand in hand, and that responsible investments drive long-term, sustainable success.”
